Thanks for visiting Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre Chat. Chat is a peer support based service designed for Calgary and area delivered by Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre 1-88-. Since we take the privacy of our visitors very seriously, we don’t require any personal information when you visit our website.

You may use Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre Chat without providing any personal information unless you want to. Volunteers on the Chat do not provide therapy, treatment, mental health care, or medical care but they will provide information on services, support, assistance, and helpful online resources via Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre Chat.

If you are having thoughts of suicide, in crisis or emotional distress and the chat service is not available because chat volunteers are assisting other chatters, please call the Distress Centre Crisis Line at 403.266.HELP(4357) . Distress Centre is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for people seeking help by phone.

If you or someone you know is currently in the act of harming him/herself and/or in immediate need of medical attention, please phone 911 and get emergency help.

We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you decide to provide it to us. If you choose to provide personal information we will do our very best to protect this information and your privacy.
