I understand and agree to the process of chat/text counseling with LACG and recognize that the viewing of the session is not without complete security as the viewing session is web-based and may be subject to an outsider purposely intruding into the system. Such breaches are outside the control of LACG and I recognize that LACG will provide the most secure connection possible using this technology. I further recognize that LACG will document in a separate client record the summary of the session which is protected health information and falls within the local, state, and national standards for confidentiality and privacy.
