The aim of the chat service is to provide information about Medicaid, CHIP and the Health Insurance Marketplace. General questions can be answered, but some in-depth questions may require talking on the phone or scheduling an in-person appointment. Please do not provide PII (Personally Identifiable Information) over chat. This may include Social Security Numbers or Birthdays.
